I trained and worked as an illustrator and writer, with published children’s books in Brazil and Portugal under the name D’Arcy Albuquerque.

In the UK, my work has moved toward automotive paint, custom vehicle surfaces and practical workshop-based making. I now work between drawing, writing, colour, masking, repair, surface preparation and finish.

This site brings those parts together without treating them as separate lives.

My current focus is custom-painted vehicle parts, illustrated tanks and surface-based work that carries my background in books and image-making into paint, panels and objects.
